As a Professional Vacation Consultant who offers a concierge level of service, it is critical for me to have a good knowledge of my existing clients as well as my new clients. I want and need to understand where they are in their life, where they have traveled to, and where they want to go in the future. It is important for me to make them feel as if they are my most important client by knowing birthdays, anniversaries, childrens’ names, preferences in style of travel, hobbies, the kinds of food and music they like, etc.
