As a Professional Vacation Consultant, offering my clients a high level of customer service is one of my top priorities. With the permission of some clients, I would like to share their experience, and the type of service we provide at My Savvy Vacation.
Mark and Terri wanted a ski vacation for December 29th-January 2nd. They had heard that Jackson Hole, Wyoming was a good place to go, but as novice skiers, they really didn’t have first hand knowledge, so they contacted My Savvy Vacation. I have personally been to Jackson Hole, and could recommend hotels, restaurants and activities that fit their taste. I handled the flights, accommodations, trip insurance, lift tickets, rental equipment advice, a snowmobiling excursion through Yellowstone Park to Old Faithful, and restaurant reservations, including a very special New Year’s Eve celebration at Couloirs at the top of the gondola.
At My Savvy Vacation we handle all the details of our clients vacations, and we promise to be there should any problems arise before, during and after each trip. On the day Mark and Terri were due to fly into Jackson Hole from their layover in Denver, the airport was closed due to a crash and they were told they would have to wait until the next day to fly in. Even though we were having guests that evening, I was available when Mark called for advice, and we talked over the course of two-three hours. I called the airline to see about another flight option, made sure their names were on a standby list, and I checked on the possibility of renting a reliable vehicle to drive into Jackson Hole. I called the hotel to let them know the situation, and handled canceling that evening’s dinner reservations and sleigh ride. I also arranged with the concierge desk to help my clients get into a nice restaurant if they were able to arrive late. Though it was delayed, the airline did open up two other flights that evening, and Mark and Terri were able to arrive on their scheduled day. I called them when they returned and they said the trip was wonderful. They loved the hotel, and all of the activities I suggested. They wrote me a nice note, which I have permission to copy here.
